Examinations
We provide a full range of examinations and mechanical tests applicable to
metal and mechanical construction. We use the best equipment produced by companies
certified ISO 9001, devices that are regularly checked by the representatives of
manufacturing firms.
We are using state of the art equipments delivered by ISO 9001 certified
companies; the fore mentioned equipments are periodically verified by the manufacturer’s
support branches.
All services provided by our group are being performed in accordance with
the SR EN ISO 9001:2008 and SR EN ISO/CEI 17025:2005 quality standards, by our highly
qualified and SR EN 473:2008 level II certified personnel, with a vast experience
in various areas as petrochemical and chemical industry, construction and cement
production industry, nuclear industry, energetic industry, naval construction, doing
so using the ISO 9001 certified equipments and supplies.
- Penetrating radiation examination of welds
Efficient method to detect internal discontinuities,
regardless of the cause of production, shape, depth to which they are located or
their orientation. - Ultrasonic examination of welds
Can be applied on butt and fillet welds, base materials
for pipes and sheets , forgings and castings. The materials suitable for examination
are steel and steel alloys (except some type of austenitic steels), gray cast iron,
bronze and aluminum alloys, and polyethylene pieces. The revealed indications consist
of fissures, lack of melting, lack of penetration, stratifications and plane sliding,
included slag (gas or metallic), marginal ditching etc. - Ultrasonic testing for castings and forgings
- Ultrasonic thickness measurement (even without coating removal)
Ultrasonic measurement
can be applied on the pipe and plate base materials or the forgings and castings.
Thus the following materials can be measured: steel and steel alloys, cast iron,
bronze alloys, aluminum alloys, and polyethylene pieces. Thickness measurements are
based on the ultrasonic wave reflection touching the opposite side of the examination

Can be applied in both highlighting the flaws as well as changes in surface structure
after thermo-mechanical-chemical treatments. The revealed indications consist of
